Welcome to Wake,
We are deeply honored to share this space with you. Our intention is to hold it with the utmost care—gently, thoughtfully, and consciously—so that you feel truly seen and understood on your path toward healing.
Wake is more than a word; it’s a calling—a gentle yet profound process of awakening. It’s about rediscovering the essence of who we are, while navigating life’s intricate tapestry as a reminder of our deep resilience. It invites us to remember the truth of who we once were and to embrace the person we are becoming.
Through our own experiences, we’ve come to understand that healing begins with the courage to show up for ourselves. When we embrace self-awareness, it becomes a powerful catalyst for change. By tuning into our emotions, patterns, and needs, we can begin to shape a life that reflects our most authentic selves.
Remember, there’s no need to rush—move at a pace that feels safe and authentic to you. And whenever you feel the need for support, know that we are here, walking beside you.
Thank you for your trust,
together we rise

Meet Michelle - the creator of WAKE
Michelle’s journey into the healing arts began in the serene mountains of Colorado, where she first experienced the transformative power of medicinal plants and embraced a life rooted in intention and mindfulness. In 2018, she returned to Pennsylvania to pursue a Master’s in Acupuncture at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies, where her practice began to take shape.
With a deepening passion for Western Herbalism and Breathwork certification, Michelle now offers both in-person and online services. Her work focuses on Emotional Support, Fertility, Cosmetic Acupuncture, and Somatic Release through Breathwork, reflecting her commitment to holistic, integrative healing. She believes in the power of collaboration, weaving together the wisdom of therapists, herbalists, estheticians, and other practitioners to create a supportive network for her clients.
By combining Five Element Constitutional Acupuncture with other sensory healing techniques, Michelle fosters balance for the body, mind, and spirit. She understands that healing is not about fixing, but guiding each person back to their truest self—a gentle process of remembering.
“I am honored to walk with you, as you return to the fullness of who you truly are.”
— Michelle
