Self-Ceremony Women’s Gathering
Honoring Yourself This Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day often invites us to give love—to express affection and celebrate connection. But what if the most important love we need is the one we give ourselves? How often do we pause to honor our own needs, and show tenderness to our own hearts?

This gathering is a space to slow down, to reconnect with the parts of ourselves we’ve been too busy to tend to, and to remember that the love we seek must first come from within.

Guided by Nicolle Rose, Holistic Birth Doula, Yoga Teacher, and Feminine Embodiment Guide, this intimate 1.5-hour experience offers us the space to release doubt, soften into compassion, and nurture our own well-being. Because love isn’t just something we give. It’s something we practice with ourselves—something we live.

In this gathering, we will:

  • Ground with breath and intention

  • Move through gentle yoga and somatic practices to release tension

  • Journal, reflecting on how we show up for ourselves

  • Draw a card for clarity, inviting guidance on our unique path to embracing who we are

  • Sit with a self-compassion meditation, allowing the affirmations we need to sink in and hold us where we are

  • Rest in Yoga Nidra, letting our bodies release while receiving personalized chakra Reiki healing

  • Close the evening with a circle of connection—no pressure to share, just the quiet support of women holding space for each other

This isn’t just another “self-care” session. This is an invitation for us to show up for ourselves in a way that truly matters. It’s a call to step out of the noise, and into the quiet, sacred practice of honoring who we are—without apology or expectation.

Spaces are limited. Let’s reserve the space to receive, together.
